Ben Cornett – CEO
Ben Cornett is no stranger to leadership in the security industry. He has spent his career building businesses and greatly contributing to their achievements. In his current role, as CEO of EZWatch, Ben leads a team focused on developing advances in the video surveillance industry. Prior to joining EZWatch, Ben was President of Honeywell Security Group, a $3 billion strategic business unit of Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions. From 1995 to 2000, Ben served as the Executive Vice President of Sales for ADEMCO Group and President of ADEMCO Sensor Company. In June of 2000, he served as President of ADEMCO Group. Ben strongly adheres to the philosophy that long-term success stems from customer satisfaction. Ben and his team ensure that the products, technology and service received by EZWatch customers exceed their expectations.
Kevin O' Connor – Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Kevin O’Connor brings his many years of sales and marketing experience in the security industry to EZWatch. Utilizing his familiarity of the international security market, Kevin provides direction and coordination of company sales and marketing efforts. From 2004 to 2010, Kevin served as Vice President of Global Sales for Honeywell Security International. Prior to his role at Honeywell, Kevin served in sales and management roles with ADEMCO from 1993 to 2002. Kevin was promoted to President of the First Alert/Honeywell authorized dealers programs in 2002. The First Alert Program was the premier dealer program within the security industry and consisted of 350 of the top dealers in the Americas. Kevin firmly believes in exceeding the customer expectations and that solid business strategies, commitment to customers and teamwork are the cornerstone for our success.
Roy Stephenson – Vice President of Operations
As an integral part of EZWatch since 2005, Roy combines over twenty-five years of experience in the security industry with a strong background in e-commerce. Roy’s technical background and knowledge make him a valuable asset and key to our continued success. Prior to his role as VP of Operations for EZWatch, Roy spent more than a decade as the Sales Manager at Utah Controls, a systems integrator that is consistently included in Security Dealer Magazines Top 100 list. Since beginning his career as an installer back in 1985, Roy has established and grown several successful companies and has served in positions from project management to sales management. With technical knowledge developed over decades of designing and installing integrated security systems, Roy truly understands what customers need and want.
Bryan Thomas – Manager, Technical Support
Bryan Thomas started his career with EZWatch in 2008 in our technical support department. Bryan has developed his technical knowledge by working with our customers and supporting their needs with an emphasis on one call resolution. Bryan has also helped create processes and training programs for the technical support team which help us to maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Jon Middleton – Web Master, Lead Programmer
Jon is responsible for software and website development at EZWatch. Leading an experienced team of programmers, Jon manages the programming and design of our websites and network operations. Jon’s many years of experience include software development, e-commerce, content management and the creation and implementation of internal software that manages resources and company processes. Jon’s expertise in the e-commerce arena provides EZWatch with the ability to execute changes and innovations quickly, maintain security and streamline our customer’s on-line shopping experience.
