This amazing camera has a 36x optical and 12x digital zoom lens for an incredible 432x zoom. Super high power LED infrared illumination that allows this 480 line high resolution color camera to see in total darkness at up to 300' away. Performance does not get any better!
The Ranger camera utilized Pelco P and D protocols so it is compatible with all EZWatch DVR software PTZ controls as well as the AU40E and AU40Z Joy stick control units.
The incredibly durable Ranger PTZ Camera features 360 degree rotation, 220 preset positions, 8 programmable patterns and 8 privacy masks for use in residential areas.
Initial set-up requires the item #PTZ-COM-KIT which includes the TRP-CO8 PC interface and the AU40E Joy Stick controller. Only one PTZ-COM-KIT is required to control up to 16 cameras.

Can I use this camera outdoors? You can and you probably should if you want to take full advantage of it’s impressive functionality. Pan tilt zoom, night vision, long range capability and weather proofing all make this an excellent choice for the great outdoors.
What are 480 lines of resolution? Is it worth it? 480 lines of resolution falls between our Gold and Silver resolution standards, ensuring an excellent picture (but not quite hi-def).
Can the camera provide good video even in complete darkness? Can it ever. Up to 300 feet away, the Ranger gets it’s man.
How much control will I have over the shot the camera provides me? Total control. This is a pan tilt zoom camera, meaning everything from the zoom to the angle to the position is literally at your fingertips.
Will these cameras be “safe” out of doors? Absolutely. The Ranger is a hardy outdoor camera proofed against both criminals and mother nature.

All-in one spy and nanny camera products with built-in DVRs are provided with a 30-day warranty. Products manufactured by 3rd party sources such as Honeywell, Sony and American Dynamics are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.
During the warranty period if your equipment is deemed to be defective due to a manufacturing defect and you are issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from our technical support department, we will repair or replace the product. During the 1st 30 days, we will pay for shipping to and from your location on any warranty items. After 30 days, the cost for shipping the product back to EZWatch is the responsibility of the customer.
